At a price of Rs. 1.47 crore, the BMW X7 xDrive40i M Sport is the mild hybrid (electric plus petrol) model in the lineup.

It provides 11.29 kilometres per gallon.

The BMW X7 xDrive40i M Sport is offered in four colours—BMW Individual Tanzanite Blue Metallic, Carbon Black Metallic, Dravit Grey Metallic, and Mineral White Metallic—and with an automatic (TC) transmission.

xDrive40d M Sport

The most expensive model in the BMW X7 series is the xDrive40d M Sport, which is available at Rs. 1.53 crore. It provides 14.31 km/l of mileage.

The BMW X7 xDrive40d M Sport is offered in four colours—BMW Individual Tanzanite Blue Metallic, Carbon Black Metallic, Dravit Grey Metallic, and Mineral White Metallic—and with an automatic (TC) transmission.

Features

The brand-new BMW SUV has an integrated screen arrangement that includes a 14.9-inch entertainment unit with the brand’s OS8 and a 22.3-inch digital driver’s display.

The SUV also has a 16-speaker Harman Kardon sound system, a digital key, a panoramic sunroof, linked vehicle technology, and 14-colour ambient lighting.

Engine and Transmission of Wisdom

A pair of 3-litre inline 6-cylinder turbocharged gasoline and diesel engines power the BMW X7.

The latter is capable of producing 340PS/700Nm, whilst the former produces 381PS/520Nm. Both engines use 48V mild-hybrid technology, which delivers 12PS and 200 Nm of boost during heavy acceleration, together with an all-wheel drivetrain (AWD).

BMW provides an 8-speed AT to power the SUV’s four wheels. The SUV claims a runtime of 5.9 seconds from 0 to 100 kmph. There are four driving modes available: Sport, Comfort, Efficient, and Sport Plus.

Safety

Cornering brake control (CBC), dynamic stability control (DSC), a 360-degree camera, and seven airbags ensure the safety of passengers. Additionally, it has advanced driving assistance systems (ADAS), such as driver drowsiness detection and adaptive cruise control.
